LINDA PULLAN

Linda trained in Birmingham and qualified in 1976. She moved to London where she ran NHS clinics for 8 years. In this time she worked closely with podiatrists at Charing Cross Hospital and undertook nail surgery and  wardrounds. After this time Linda worked in the private area working for Marks and Spencer both locally and at Head office, Nat West Bank, Sainsburys and Lyons Tetley meanwhile working for a colleage in Ashford Middlesex. A brief spell was spent working in the Ealing area where Linda had been asked to take over the patient list of a friend before her departure to live in France. In 1994 Linda came to work at The Harrow Health Care Centre where she remains very happy today.

Linda has always kept up to date with current practise and where possible uses this knowledge. Obviously with the wide scope of practise these days it is not possible to be master of all areas of podiatry but appropriate referrals will be made when and where necessary.

Qualifications
Linda holds a BSc in podiatric medicine which also licenses her to administer local anaesthetics. She also holds a certificate in podiatric acupuncture and therapeutic laser therapy.

There are generally two podiatrists on duty in any given week.
If you wish to book an appointment and feel you may need a specialised treatment please speak with our receptionists first who will be able to advise you as to which podiatrist to book an appointment with. If there is any doubt it may be possible to arrange for a podiatrist to speak with you to discuss the issue.

Deepa Patel now works at the Harrow Health care Centre on Tuesdays and Fridays giving you more choice to plan your appointment. Deepa qualified from the London Foot Hospital in 2002 with a 2:1 honours degree in Podiatry. She has worked both in the N.H.S. and private sectors. For those patients requiring it Deepa also speaks Gujurati, Hindi and Marathi.

Mala Sidhu BEng (Hns),BSc (Hns),MChS, HPC, works on Saturday mornings at The Harrow Health Care Centre. Mala qualified as a podiatrist from the university of West London with a 2:1 honours degree,following the completion of her degree in biomedical materials engineering from the University of London. She works professionally for both the private sector and the NHS as a community and musculo-Skeletal specialist podiatrist. She is registered with the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists and the Health Professions Council. Mala routinely practices all aspects of podiatry including nail surgery and is fluent in the Panjabi and Urdu languages.
